SRST Updates: 1) Reminder that SAC is having workout 7-9 PM today (Wed. Feb. 12th)...complete details, CLICK HERE. 2) Effective immediately: All Sat. workouts are at SAC from 7-9 AM. Hello SRST Family, This Wednesday the 12th of Feb. there will be a practice adjustment at SAC: No dryland Silver/Gold 7-8 PM (yes combined group, so we can get the kids off to bed) AG1 7-8 PM AG2 7-8:30 PM Senior/Senior-Gold 7-9 PM This change is due to a District Diving Competition being held at SAC. If you arrive early and the competition is going, be very quiet! Diving etiquette requires a quiet crowd while the divers are on the board. Wednesday is regular schedule at Mariner. -Coach Ben
