Senior Dryland/Senior Running Update

Senior/Senior-Gold Groups,

Effective immediately, we will offer the following...

At SAC:
Days- M-F, rain or shine
Time: 4:00-4:45 PM
Place: In field behind pool
Dress: Warm-cloths/hats/running shoes that can get dirty!
Coach: Ben is running dryland
Safety: Parents- if dropping of kids, please make sure coach is present

Mariner:
All dryland remains the same as on schedule.
