Junior National Results Our Top Performer was Alana Pazevic who place 5th in the "B" heat of the 100 Backstroke. Alana's time in the preliminaries broke the SSC club record and was better than the World Championship Trials time standard (which is faster than the standard for the National Championship...very fast). The SSC Senior group had a pretty rough PNS Champs meet. Some folks were coming off of injury and illness and some just didn't feel good. As a result there was a lot of pressure on the Junior National meet for redemption. Of all the swims for us at Juniors, the most important was the first swim of the meet.
