Kamiak workout cancelled today. Sub workout at LK Stevens 12-1. PNS and Junior Nat. only please due to cramped space. If you cannot make it, pleae find a pool to swim at today! Tomorow we will have workout for the entire senior group at LK Stevens from 5:30-7:00 AM. There will again be no workout at Kamiak. Normal schedule resumes on Wed., which is the final workout this week. This is due to the fire alarm being tested at Kamiak.

Seniors: You get to sleep in! We have Explorer from 11-1. There will NOT be an AM workout at LK Stevens. On Wed. we are back to Kamiak 11-1:30. Then Thursday - Sunday there will be no practice due to PNS Champs.
