SRST Families, Last day of regular practice: Friday Aug. 2nd. The pool will be open for swim lessons and "extended swimming" from Aug. 5-15th. These workouts are optional and while a coach will be present and workout will be provided, the atmosphere will be relaxed with minimal coaching. Cost is $20/week or $40 for both weeks. Space is limited. Please email Coach Ben if you will be attending. If we get overcrowded, it will be first-come-first-serve. Also, feel no pressure to attend...this is the traditional USA Swimming "break". The workout...

Announcement: Grand Poobah Meet Cancelled. Unfortunatly the Grand Poobah is not going to be available to our swimmers. Wave Aquatics already has committed to Bellevue Club and there is no space left. I wish there was a good alternative, but there are no other meets. Coach Ben
SRST Family, Unfortunately the Mukilteo School District summer schedule has changed again. I'm being told the changes have to do with new estimated timelines for ordered parts/equipment/staffing. Mariner is being painted and getting some other cosmetic upgrades. Explorer work is more on the mechanical side. The schedule below reflects our best effort to accomodate all SRST groups, given the immediate closure of Mariner (which I was notified about just this Wednesday). The coaches will be as flexible as possible with those of you who need it. SUMMER SCHEDULE ADUSTED 7/11/13

SRST Members, This is the updated schedule with changes. Please review. This is a challenging schedule, but keep in mind MSD is closing both Explorer and Mariner at different times and is only offering a limited custodial schedule, which limits when we can use the pool. Thank you for your patience. Here is the schedule revised: https://www.teamunify.com/pnssrsc/__doc__/SRST%20Summer%20Schedule-Rev.1.pdf Thanks, Coach Ben
A lot of parents ask..."should I take my kid to swim cap"? Some are good and others just take your money and leave you. While I can't guarantee the quality of a camp I'm not personally running, I can say that I've known Megan Jendrick for years and I have huge respect for her and have always admired her work (and I have volunteered at one of her clinics); I think she's awesome! So here is my best recommendation for a swim camp in the local area: https://www.teamunify.com/pnssrsc/__doc__/ACQUA_2013pdf%20%281%29.pdf -Coach Ben
