Hello SRST Family, The Oct. SRST Newsletter can be found in the News tab on our website or CLICK HERE This Friday at Practice.... We will meet at Mariner as we normally do, however there will not be an intrasquad meet, nor will there be a mixed group practice. This change is due to the swim meet and how we want to train the swimmers prior to this competition. -Coach Kyle will work with Gold in lane 1 from 6-7 PM....then 7-8PM move to Senior-Gold -Coach Lynn will have AG1/2...

SRST Family, The swim meet schedule has been updated to reflect the Intra Squad Meets all being moved to Mariner (Remember all workouts have been moved to Mariner on Fridays). The swim meet schedule is located in Team Info/Swim Meet Info. Here is a DIRECT LINK.
