This Friday at Practice....

We will meet at Mariner as we normally do, however there will not be an intrasquad meet, nor will there be a mixed group practice.  This change is due to the swim meet and how we want to train the swimmers prior to this competition.
-Coach Kyle will work with Gold in lane 1 from 6-7 PM....then 7-8PM move to Senior-Gold
-Coach Lynn will have AG1/2 in lanes 2-4 from 6-7:30 PM (if AG1 kids want they can be done at 7 PM)
-Coach Ben will work with Seniors/Senior-Gold in lanes 5-6 from 6-8 PM.
-Coach Cassie will assist as needed.

Special Event This Friday

Senior Swimmers have been invited by the Snohomish Aquatic Center Pool Director to come tour the new pool in Snohomish (for some reason age is an issue, so they only want older kids in the pool at this point in the construction).

Tour time this Friday: 4 PM (meet at gate on Glen Ave.)
Attire: Long pants, warm cloths, closed toe shoes
Parking: On Glen Ave.

Max on tour is 20 (this tour is for swimmers only).  First-come-first-serve.
