SRST: WSO Last Chance Today

The meet host for Washington Open has very limited slots available.  They are allowing me to do one update to the file.  I will send them my new file by 5 PM today (so I need your entries BEFORE 5 PM).  If you are with family today and see this email past the 5 PM deadline, there is nothing I can do.  The meet is full and we are past the entry deadline.  I just got word back from the host today and we have only this limited timeframe to get our late entries in. Host teams are under tight deadlines to organize swim meets and are under no obligation to accept late entries.

If you have the qualifying times and want to add this meet please email me:

1) Your name
2) Your event choices.

NOTE: ALL LATE ENTRIES WILL HAVE A $15 LATE ENTRY FEE.  BY EMAILING ME YOUR LATE ENTRIES YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AND ACCEPT THE LATE FEE. IF YOU ARE AN MINOR ATHLETE, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COPY YOUR PARENTS ON ANY EMAILS (MAPP COMPLIANCE).

Do not:

-Ask questions that are answered in the meet info.  I'm not answering any questions about the meet.  If you have questions, please read the meet info and if needed talk to your coach.

-Attempt to enter this meet when you don't have qualifying times.

-Enter too many races (adhere to the event limit and limit on bonus races).
