Emergency Schedule Change: All Groups

Hello SRST Family,

Just got the call....sparks flying in the electrical room of the pool at Mariner!  Mariner will be closed for repairs this week.

All Groups at Explorer Middle School (9600 Sharon Dr. in Everett) week of 12/16:
Go in gate at school and turn left to end of parking lot by tennis courts.  Pool is corner building.  Once inside the door to building go immediately left into the pool door.

Lessons: 5:30-6:30 PM - 2 lanes
AG1: 5:30-6:30 PM - 2 lanes..............dryland follows til 7 PM
Gold/Silver: 5:30-6:30 PM - 1 lane
AG2/Senior Combo Group: 6:30-8:00 PM - 3 lanes...............dryland for both groups begins 5:30 PM
Senior Group: stays in pool til 8:30 PM
Senior Gold: 6:30-8:30 PM - 2 lanes..............dryland begins at 5:30

Note: No Mariner weight room all week.  Dryland is all done in Explorer Pool.

Another Scheduling Announcement:  The grand opening at Snohomish Aquatic Center is being delayed to the end of January.  Current scheduling will have to be extended til Friday the 24th of Jan.  A meeting is happening this week with Aquatic Center officials, so stay tuned.

Safety/Important: SRST Coaches do not monitor the kids outside of the pool area.  It is recommended parents park and walk into the building to pick up your kids.  If a swimmer leave the building they are not supervised.  When at Mariner, kids have to walk to bathroom outside of the pool area (during home basketball games).  We will require them to go with buddy and for all age group swimmers have adult escort.  If you are a parent in the building we thank you ahead of time for being willing to walk the kids to the restrooms.

Thank you for your patience with the schedule changes; I'm anticipating much smoother scheduling once the new pool opens in Snohomish.
