Schedule Changes/Private Lessons

SCHEDULE CHANGES:

  1. Immediate importance: Mariner is closed today (Tuesday March 26th)...Explorer Lessons are on regular schedule.

PRIVATE LESSONS:

  1. Coach Ben is doing private lessons M-F at Mariner from 7:30-8:00 PM.  Cost is $20 cash/check/charge OK.  Lessons include video taping/review/analysis.  Swimmers will be prescribed specific drills and given key technical points of focus within each stroke/starts/turns to accelerate learning.  Coming soon: IKKOS Training (The end goal with IKKOS is to train the nervous system to repeat the exact same stroke pattern even under the most physically and psychologically demanding tasks and environments). 
  • Private Lessons are by availability and you can see what slots are available in the Calendar tab.  Once in "Calendars", click the drop-down menu "Pick a Calendar" and select: "Private Lessons w/Coach Ben".  Find a day that works for you and email Coach Ben to book your spot: [email protected].
