Schedule Changes/Reminders

Seniors Only:

  1. Today (Tues. Dec. 11) and Thurs. Dec. 13th we will have a late start and practice 5:00-6:30 PM.  This is due to after school activities happening at Explorer.
  2. Friday is completely cancelled due to the swim meet.
  3. No Sat. workout

Age Group & Senior:
