Fundraising & Billing Update

Hello SSC Members,

This message is in regards to fundraising and billing.

FUNDRAISING UPDATE:

1. All accounts AG1 and above have been charged $300 for annual fundraising.
2. A list of members was provided to me by the BOD showing the name/amount of money raised up to this point in the season.  If your name was on that list, I applied the amount shown on the list as a credit on your account.
3. If you believe you raised funds, but do not see a credit, please send me an email listing the amount raised and I will investigate.
4. If the previous amount raised was over $300, then no charge will be assessed on your account.
5. If you moved into AG1 or higher after Jan. 1, then you should only be assessed 50% of fundraising ($150)...just email me if this is the case.
6. Families can either write a check to SSC or participate in the Lap For Cash Event (complete details are already posted in the NEWS section; bottom right side of home page). 
7. WE WELCOME ALL FAMILIES TO RAISE MONEY AND PARTICIPATE IN THE LAP FOR CASH.

BILLING UPDATE:

1. All accounts have been moved to "Charged in Full" status.  No additional dues charges will be incurred until next season.
2. All that remains on member accounts should be:
   -previously unpaided charges (please get caught up as much as possible)
   -future swim meets
   -fundraising
3. Members can leave on autobilling and accounts will be charged on Aug. 1st for the full amount due (as usual).  Members not on autopay can send a check in any time prior to the end of the month, but the sooner the better.
4. For those who attended the NWAC Round Robin, a flat fee of $45 was assessed for each swimmer.
5. Invoices will be mailed immediately following this email.
