Clarification on Fundraising for kids promoted to AG1 after season start

To All Class Swimmers (Parents) who were promoted in the 2011-2012 Season which began back in Sept. 2011....this is clarification on fundraising taken out of our membership packet:

"Swimmers being promoted from a class level (Manta, Red, Rays, Blue) to Age Group 1 or higher level are
required to fundraise as outlined: if promoted during the 1st fundraising period, then the fundraising amount is
not required until the 2nd period and the amount is 50% of the annual requirement. If promoted during the
second period, the fundraising amount is not required until the following season. There are many options
available for fulfilling the fundraising commitment, details to come."

If you should be charged only $150, according to policy above, please email me.  Also email me if you were moved up after Jan. 31st to AG1 or higher....in this case you are exempt until next season....although we would love for you to raise funds!
