AG3/Seniors Today - 9th Sept.

OK Group, I just got notice (at 1:46 PM today) that AG3 and Senior are OK to work at Mariner today-Friday from 7-9 PM. Bring dryland cloths for the first hour and meet Coach Ben in the pool area.

No Sat. workout this week.
