New Program For Members: Adult Lap Lane

Dear Members,

We are offering one adult lap lane at Explorer Middle School.  The following is offered M-F:

Session 1: 6:00-6:45 PM

Session 2: 6:45-7:30 PM

Note 1: Lap swimmers choose one of the 45 min. time slots.
Note 2: This is an unstructured lap swim with no coaching.
Note 3: All lap swimmers must be water safe.
Note 4: Sept. is prorated at half off dues.
Note 5: This program is offered on a temporary basis due to low numbers in AG3.
Note 6: A health screening by a doctor is recommended before starting any exercise program.

Cost
Seasonal USA Registration: $34.50 (covers Sept. - March) or
Full USA Registration: $62

+ Monthly Dues:

Any two days per week: $30/month
Any three days per week: $45/month
Any four days per week: $60/month
5 days per week: $75/month
