Ali Abadi Breaks SSC 400 Free Record at Junior Nationals!

After a rough start to Junior Nationals on day one, Ali Abadi bounced back and broke his own club record in the 400 FR.  This is a great example of how to conduct yourself at a championship meet.  A good swimmer will always work hard to bounce back after a setback, never giving up on oneself.  Today Ali joins Bryan Harvey and SSC college man Kyle Endres in the 100 Fly.  Wish them luck!!!
