9 New SSC Records Set by Sr. Sect. Group!

Senior Sectionals was a challenging meet for the SSC Senior Swimmers.  The weather was cold in the AM and much of the competition prepared for peak performance were as we were hitting the the meet still tired and looking at PNS Champs and the meets beyond as our peak.

Our goal coming into Sectionals was to race with the best and perform at the highest level possible.  Execution of pre-race routine and focus on technique was the expectation.

The kids did extremely well and left the meet with 9 new club records.
