Important Billing Info

Dear SSC Members,

PLEASE READ FULL EMAIL

Thank you for your incredible patience during the transition to the new billing system.  It has not been smooth, but you have been faithfully paying your SSC club fees each month and we thank you!

• As of this moment I am holding a few of your checks (payments) and will be making a bank run.  I will also be running by the PO Box today, so if you have sent a check and it isn't posted yet, it will be in the next 48 hours.
• The final meet fees for December will be added to your invoice within the next 48 hours.
• Also in the next 48 hours, StingRay Class families who are in their first two months will have their accounts adjusted (monthly fee reversed).

Two More Important Notes:
1)  Fundraising has been removed from the billing system.  This has greatly reduced confusion.  Ann Baker is keeping track of all fundraising on a separate spreadsheet and will be communicating fundraising expectations via email.
2)  Now that your invoice reflects just dues/meet fees/occasional apparel etc. you SHOULD try one of our auto pay options: A) Credit card or B) Deduction from your checking.  This will help the club maintain consistent cash flow and allow us to pay our pool fees, coaches, meet fees and other expenses on time.  If you want instructions on how to get this going email Coach Ben: [email protected].  For those who use this option, your account is debited the full amount you owe; this happens on the 1st each month.

Final Update:
Now that we are caught up in our billing, we will be implementing a LATE FEE, which will be applied on the 15th each month.  In accordance with the info in our member packet, the amount of the late fee will be $15.
