SSC Holiday Food Drive!

StingRay Food Drive:

 

To help the Snohomish County food bank and to do something about the current situation in the United States where up to 25% of the children go to bed hungry at night, SSC is starting a holiday food drive.  We will have a competition between three groups:  Coach Ben’s group, Coach Bruce’s group and Coach Paul’s group (all of Mariner).  We will collect food (non-perishable) between now and December 18th.  We will count the number of "items" contributed from each group to determine the winner.  To help out with Thanksgiving needs at the food banks, we will take the first load of food to the Snohomish County food bank on Tuesday November 24th and then continue on to the end of the food drive on December 18th.

 

So everyone bring your food to your pool and give it to your coach.  Let’s see how much food the StingRay Family can collect to help the hungry people in our area.
