If you are interested in joining our team, the next step is:

1)  Call the Coach; use number at top of page.

2)  Schedule an evaluation with the coach for proper group placement.

3)  Come in for evaluation.  Fill out paperwork at pool.  Coaches need parents to fill out forms before swimmer gets in water.  Feel free to come in and just observe a practice if you like.

These forms are for year-round swimmers in AG1 or higher.  Feel free to look at the paperwork.  We recommend you get your forms from the coach at the pool however (after your evaluation).
